A few things you might be wondering.
What do I need to get started?
Your parent email address, access to that inbox, and the school ID and student ID supplied by your school. Your email must match the school’s parent record.
Can I link children at different schools?
Yes. Select “Link a child” for each student. Each connection is checked separately against that participating school’s parent records.
Why can’t I see a report or attendance update?
Your school controls which records are published. Contact the school about missing results, incorrect attendance or student information.
Can both parents link the same child?
Yes. Each child can be linked to up to two parent accounts. Each parent must verify their own email, which must be registered by the school. Ask the school to review an existing connection if a parent needs to be replaced.
Who can help with access?
First ask your school to confirm your registered parent email, school ID and student ID. Use “Forgot password” on the login page for account recovery.
Are the preview records real?
No. The product preview uses fictional children and example records. Live accounts show only records made available to the verified parent.
